Any suggestions? 10 years old and still getting use to playing basketball. I realize he will get better once his hands gets bigger. I don't want this to become a habit for him.

For my girls I purchased the Skilz Square Up at Academy sports and the Jay Wolf shooting aid (used both together) from Epic Sports. I am sure they are similar products. That will certainly help.

Just make sure he keeps his strong hand behind the ball. You can have him to stand at layup position on the floor and simply have him shoot one handed. Make sure his elbow is above his eyebrow on his follow through. Make sure he shoots on both side to insure he develops his era hand. I suggest he doesn't shoot any long shots until he is 70% or more in the lane. When he gets older have him tondo the same thing while sitting in a chair. You must break bad habits and create correct muscle memory.
